Refund and Returns Policy

At Fly Universe Travel & Tourism L.L.C., we strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be requested for travel-related services.


1. Visa Services

  • All visa application fees, service charges, and government fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome (approval, rejection, or delay).
  • If the application is canceled before submission to the respective immigration authority, partial refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for rejected applications once submitted.
  • Processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

2. Air Ticketing

  • Refunds for flight tickets depend on the airline’s cancellation and refund policies.
  • Non-refundable or partially refundable tickets are subject to airline terms.
  • Service charges, rescheduling fees, and fare differences are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing, and processing may take up to 30–45 working days, based on airline timelines.

3. Tour Packages & Holiday Bookings

  • Refunds for holiday or tour packages will only be considered if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure.
  • Any deposit or booking fee paid for hotels, transport, or third-party tours is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of hotels, transport partners, and tour operators.

4. A2A Visa Change & Exit Packages

  • Once an A2A visa change package (Air or Bus) is confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a passenger fails to travel or misses the scheduled trip, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing, and any changes are subject to availability and approval.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–60 working days from the date of approval.
  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.
  • Fly Universe is not liable for delays caused by banks, airlines, or third-party suppliers.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is provided via third-party insurers.
  • Refunds or claims must be processed directly with the insurance company as per their policy terms.
